Club Fee Policy
The cost structure for a player’s participation in the club is fixed and does not vary based on individual participation. This means that if a player leaves the team for any reason, the overall costs remain unchanged — coaches are still paid, gym rental fees still apply, and tournament entry fees are unaffected.
By accepting a roster spot, you are committing to the full financial responsibility for the entire season, regardless of whether the season is completed.
What is refundable

Tryout fee - Refund requests for the tryout fee must be made before the first tryout date. If the fee is paid after the first tryout, the refund request must be submitted before the next scheduled tryout date.
What is NOT refundable?

Club team membership - The club’s cost structure for an athlete’s participation is not variable. This means that if an athlete stops participating with their team, the associated costs do not decrease — the coach’s salary remains the same, gym rental fees still apply, and tournament entry fees are unaffected.

Tryout Fee - No refunds will be issued after a player has attended their first tryout or after the next scheduled tryout date, whichever comes first.
