Refund Policy

The club fee costs structure of a player’s participation is not variable. This means that if a player no longer plays with his or her team, the costs do not decrease: the Coach receives the same salary, the same gymnasium rental fees must be paid, and the team’s tournament entry fees are unchanged. Commitment to a team is a commitment to the financial obligations for the entire season whether you
complete the season or not.
We understand that the uncertainty of COVID-19, therefore, we are making a few exceptions for a refund for some areas of the club fees. Please review the detail below.
We will issue a refund for the following items if the season comes to the end due to governmental restrictions.

Gym rental - if we receive a refund from our facility.

Hotel - if it is included in the club fee.

Tournament fee - if it is included in the club fees

Uniform - if not purchased already.
What is NOT refundable?

Operation Expenses - The club had made investments to prepare the upcoming season.

Practice Equipment - The club had purchased practice equipment for the upcoming season.

Coaches Salary - To secure a commitment with a coach for the entire season, the club had entered a seasonal contract with the coach.
