At NYC Impact, our athletes' health and safety are paramount. We expect all parents, athletes, and coaches to uphold this expectation so we can provide uninterrupted training throughout the season. Therefore, when your child is unwell, please keep them home until they get better. 

COVID-19 We follow the CDC COVID-19 Protocol. CLICK HERE to review the detailed CDC guidelines. 

- If positive, stay home and isolate for 5 days, if there is no fever or symptoms after day 5th, you can return to practice. 

- If positive, stay home and isolate for 5 days, if you still have fever or symptoms, please isolate for another 5 days

Other Illnesses 

Fever - get an in-home COVID-19 test,

- if positive for COVID-19, please follow the CDC COVID-19 guidelines above.

- if negative, stay home until fever-free (without the use of fever-reducing medication) for 24 hours before returning to practice. 

Cold/Flu-like symptoms - get an in-home COVID-19 test,

- if positive for COVID-19, please follow the CDC COVID-19 guidelines above.

- If negative, but exhibits Cold/Flu-like symptoms(Coughing, sneezing, etc.), please wear a mask to practice until symptoms free. 

Injury

Serious Injury - injuries that require athletes to take an absence. 

- Parents or athletes' must provide a written notice stating that this athlete is allowed to return to club activities in full capacity.
