NYC Impact 2020-2021 Season Information and Fee

Welcome to the 2020-2021 USAV/GEVA season. We understand that volleyball is playing a big role in our lives and we can't wait to get back onto the court. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are facing many challenges such as facility shortage, high costs, and safety concerns. Despite all the challenges, we manage to make every effort to bring volleyball back to our athletes. 


Before we step back on the court in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a series of safety protocols and measures to protect and keep our coaches, athletes, and families safe. Please take a moment to review the NYC Impact COVID-19 Safety and Return to Player Guidelines.

TeamsNYC Impact plans are offering 15U, 16U, and 17U for the upcoming season

  • Two practices a week. One weeknight and Saturday or Sunday from October to December
    -See the practice schedule

  • 4 GEVA sanction single day tournament - TBD

  • 3 Overnight Tournaments - TBD

  • 12 player roster 

Season Information


The New Normal:

- Volleyball classified as a "high-risk" sport, we will be taking extra precautions to avoid close-contact skills and forcing social distancing at practice. Until further notice from authorities, we will be focusing on individual training and development until we are allowed to compete. At the same time, we had developed no/low-contact drills, but that is intense and challenging.  


Season Duration:

  • From October 5th, 2020 to the first week of May 2021 or the last tournament.

Practice Schedule:HERE

  • One weekday and one Saturday or Sunday practice from October 2020 to the first week of May.



  • Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, our tournament schedule is TBA. We will be actively sending out updates once they come available and register the one can commit. 

  • Each team will have up to 4 local tournaments(Single day) and 3 overnight tournaments(multi-day)


Team Roster:

  • 12 players per team.


Club Fee: Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic and we understand that many people are facing financial hardship, therefore, we would like to provide a flexible payment plan for everyone. 

Payment Plan  A:  $650 Monthly

First Payment: $650 upon accepting our offer

2nd to the 7th payment is due on the last day of each month for the next 6 months.

Payment Plan B: Two payments


First Payment: $2350 upon accepting our offer

Second Payment: $2200 due on January 6th, 2021.

Tournament fees and hotels DO NOT include in Payment Plan A and B. Tournament fees and hotels will be added once the tournament schedule becomes available and we are able to participate.

Scholarship: NYC Impact has a limited scholarship available. Thank you to the parents who helped started and contributed to the NYC Impact Scholarship program last season. Please contact us for a scholarship after you have been offered a spot on a team. 

Playing Time: Club fees DOES NOT cover playing time. Playing time is earned at practice.
